This 80 minute class will give you plenty of information and suggestions for ways to heal naturally if you are sick and to boost your immunity if this is more what you're needing right now.

At the end of the informational class there is an energy session which will support you in clearing out old stuck, stagnant energy which can make you sick, and make space for beautiful healing and restored vitality. 

You'll want to set aside about 2 hours and/or break this class and healing session up into two parts as it contains a lot of information! Come with a notepad and pen and cozy up with a nice warm cup of chamomile tea. <3
